Project Fees

PLAN REVIEW SERVICES

We propose to provide plan review services (or Express Plan reviews) as requested by the jurisdiction based on the plan review fees (or Express plan review fees) charged by the jurisdiction for the specific project, as per the jurisdiction’s adopted fee schedule.

Complete (Arch, Mech, Plum, Elec, Access, Energy, Struc) Plan Review 65%
For partial reviews, we propose the following percentages of the plan review fee charged by the jurisdiction for the specific project, as per the jurisdiction’s adopted fee schedule:

• Structural Review Only 35%
• Architectural/Energy Only 30%
• Architectural/Accessibility Only 30%
• Plumbing, Mechanical/Energy 20%
• Electrical/Energy Only 20%

We further propose that any services that are requested on an hourly basis be paid utilizing the hourly billing rates shown in the Schedule of Hourly Billing Rates included below.

• Licensed Engineer Plans Examiner $120
• ICC Certified Plans Examiner $110
• ICC Certified Fire Plans Examiner $110
• Permit Technician $70

We will provide express fire plan review services for the jurisdiction with a minimum of one-hour review time. Hourly fees for reviews of building plans for compliance with the International Fire Code (IFC) and the jurisdiction adopted Fire Code will be as follows:
